Fatigue Damage

For any combination of a load regime and calculation method, the fatigue results are subdivided into two data_vectors:

*.fdr – here the fatigue damage result and details of the computations are saved together; this is the file shown in the data_base tree of PragTic.
*.rhd – here the pointers to the fatigue results in *.fdr file are saved; the result header file data_vector is not visible unless the View Database command is used.

The fatigue results can be accessed either one after another by a right-hand click on the appropriate ID-name in the data_base tree, but also an option to manipulate with all of them simultaneously is enabled through the data_base tree item Fatigue Damage. Note: This is a functional variant only for results computed at the same entity type (e.g. at nodes of elements).

The parameters given in columns after the Damage column are related to details of the method as defined in their appropriate sections. Their meaning can be also recognized by the explanation shown on the bottom of the edit window, when any cells in "DetX" column is clicked on.
